Tender: Contractors for Job Order Contracting Program – Alberta (CANOE Procurement Group)

Canoe Procurement Group of Canada (CANOE) is seeking contractors to participate in a Job Order Contracting Program for Alberta to establish a national contracting solution for use by its current and future members. A full copy of the Request for Proposals is available at no cost on the CANOE Procurement Portal; proponents must create a vendor account and register on the portal to receive updates. Only proposals submitted through the Canoe Procurement Portal, in English, will be considered; submissions are due no later than November 16, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time and late proposals will not be accepted. The resulting agreement term runs until October 31, 2030 subject to favorable annual performance evaluations, negotiations are not permitted, and the solicitation is subject to applicable trade agreements including CFTA, CETA and NWPTA.
