Tender: National Procurement of Heavy and Compact Construction Equipment, Attachments and Services for Canadian Public Sector

Canoe Procurement Group of Canada and Sourcewell, on behalf of SARM and multiple Canadian public‑sector associations, are seeking suppliers for heavy and compact construction equipment with related attachments and services to establish regional and/or national contract solutions available to members across all provinces and territories in Canada. The procurement covers thousands of public agencies including SARM’s 296 rural municipalities of Saskatchewan, governmental bodies, higher education, K‑12 education, not‑for‑profit and tribal governments, and will proceed under applicable Canadian trade agreements such as the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Chapter 5, the Ontario‑Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, CETA Chapter 19, the New West Partnership Trade Agreement and the Atlantic Trade and Procurement Partnership. Proposals are due no later than November 3, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Central Time.
