Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking contractors and consultants for upcoming infrastructure, construction and professional services contracts at 19 Wing, CFB Comox, BC (including CFS Holberg, HMCS Quadra and Seal Bay Armoury). This is an Advance Procurement Notice (not a solicitation) to inform industry of potential future contracts — some of which may include security requirements — so firms can assess capacity and, if needed, begin the security clearance sponsorship process through DCC’s Industrial Security Program.
