About

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking a contractor for the repair and replacement of Ramp B East at CFB 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The contract will provide all labour, materials and equipment for work including installation of temporary security fencing and construction barriers; demolition and removal of existing concrete pavement; partial removal of existing granular base; topsoil stripping and stockpiling; grading, compaction and placement of new granular base; construction of new Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavements; installation of joint sealant and paint markings; and landscaping including topsoil, fertilizer and hydroseeding. The Department of National Defence and DCC estimate the project at approximately $16,000,000 with an anticipated solicitation posting in January 2027; award is conditional on DND approval and will require Designated Organization Screening (DOS) security clearance, for which DCC is offering sponsorship through its Industrial Security Program. The project may include an Indigenous business participation component under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB).
