Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking general contractors and multi‑trade firms to be placed on a Quick Response Tender (QRT) source list to perform work for the Department of National Defence at 17 Wing Detachment Dundurn, Saskatchewan for a period of three (3) years from the date of source list establishment. DCC may utilize QRTs for projects with an estimated value up to $500,000; interested contractors must submit the Source List application form by e‑mail to Attention: Wilfred Wokekoro at Wilfred.wokekoro@dcc-cdc.gc.ca (fax or mail submissions will not be accepted). Contractors may request to join the source list at any time subject to the source list terms and conditions, with an administrative processing time of approximately 10 days; DCC requests submissions as soon as possible, preferably by November 20, 2025. The language selected by the applicant will be the only language used for tender and contract documents and communications for the duration of the QRT source list. Procurement follows Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. While security clearance is not required to be added to the source list, tenders and contracts under the QRT may include organizational and personnel security requirements—typically Designated Organization Screening (DOS) and reliability status for personnel—but may require more stringent measures such as Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the SECRET level with approved Document Safeguarding (DSC) and secret personnel clearances. Contracts include measurable performance standards per form DCL81 (available at https://www.dcc-cdc.gc.ca/industry/forms) and contractors receiving an unacceptable or failing score may be removed from the source list. For more information contact the DCC site office by telephone at (306) 914-1520 or email Wilfred.wokekoro@dcc-cdc.gc.ca; bidding documents are available on http://www.merx.com (fees may apply: https://www.merx.com/public/pricing).
