Tender: Civil Contractors Source List for Quick Response Tenders – 15 Wing Moose Jaw, SK

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking civil contractors to be placed on Quick Response Tender (QRT) source lists to perform civil work at 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan; the source list will be in place for three years and may be used for projects with an estimated value up to $500,000. Applicants must submit the Source List application form by email to Ryan.Pfeifer@dcc-cdc.gc.ca (fax or mail will not be accepted); an administrative processing time of approximately 10 days applies and DCC requests applications as soon as possible, preferably by March 10, 2026. The applicant’s selected language will be the sole language used for all tender and contract documents for the duration of the source list. While security clearance is not required to be added to the source list, tenders and contracts may include organization and personnel security requirements (typically Designated Organization Screening and personnel reliability status, and potentially Facility Security Clearance at SECRET with approved Document Safeguarding and secret personnel clearance). Contracts include measurable performance standards under form DCL81 and contractors receiving unacceptable or failing scores may be removed from the source list.
