Alberta Assisted Living and Social Services (ALSS) is seeking qualified service providers through a Pre-Qualification Request to create Resource Lists for future contracting of program review services. A program review is defined as a rigorous, systematic, objective, impartial, and expert-based evaluation and self-evaluation of programs to support continuous improvement. ALSS has extended the PQR closing date to March 31, 2027, and Master Agreements will continue to expire on March 31, 2027. Existing Qualified Service Providers (QSPs) do not need to take action to maintain their status; if a QSP resubmits and becomes qualified, the most recent proposal and Master Agreement will replace any previous submission. The Province will assume any QSP on the Resource Lists prior to this notice agrees to the changes made in the Master Agreement unless the QSP contacts ALSS.CPO@gov.ab.ca within 30 days of the posting of this notice to state they do not agree. QSPs should provide an email address to ALSS.CPO@gov.ab.ca for the Notice provision if one was not previously supplied. (March 17, 2023 amendment previously extended the closing date to March 31, 2026 and added a separate Statement on Prohibitions Related to Russian Aggression in Ukraine.)
