Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking suppliers to pre-qualify for a supply arrangement to provide non-IT task-based professional services under the Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) program across Canada, excluding locations in areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements. The RFSA establishes non-binding supply arrangements (not contracts) that permit federal departments to compete requirements to pre-qualified suppliers; the arrangements are valid from issuance until July 4, 2028 or until Canada re-competes or changes the procurement vehicle. Suppliers must enroll and submit bids through the PWGSC Centralized Professional Services System (CPSS) Supplier Module and provide supporting documents by email if requested. The solicitation runs quarterly aligned to fiscal quarters (Apr–Jun, Jul–Sep, Oct–Dec, Jan–Mar), services may be delivered in one or both official languages per client needs, and portions of procurement may be set aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business.
