About

The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) is seeking prequalified suppliers to establish a registry of Fairness Advisory Services consultants to supplement SBP capacity on an as-needed basis. The RFSQ is a continuous onboarding process covering four streams—health related projects, education related projects, information technology (IT) projects, and other projects—and onboarding is expected to continue until six months prior to the expiration of the five-year RFSQ term; questions will be answered continuously. Semi-annual intake closes at 2:00 p.m. CST at the end of January and July on the following dates: July 31, 2025; January 30, 2026; July 30, 2026; January 29, 2027; July 29, 2027; January 31, 2028; July 28, 2028; January 31, 2029; and July 31, 2029.
