Tender: Preparator Services to Stabilize Parks Canada Artifact Collection for Relocation from Québec City to Gatineau

Parks Canada is seeking a supplier for professional preparator services to stabilize an artifact collection currently housed in two warehouse facilities in Québec City prior to its transport and relocation to Gatineau, ensuring items are protected and meet conservation, handling and transport standards. The contract period runs from the date of contract to March 31, 2027 inclusive. Bids will be accepted only by email to soumissionsest-bidseast@pc.gc.ca or by facsimile to 1-877-558-2349; in-person or courier submissions and submissions via SAP Ariba or links will not be accepted. The maximum email file size Parks Canada can receive is 15 megabytes and bidders may send multiple labeled emails if needed; attachments must be sent as email attachments. An optional site visit will be held at 442 ave des Cordillères on September 3, 2026 beginning at 9 am EDT in the Parks Canada Beauport Warehouse; offerors must notify the Contracting Authority by September 1, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST with the names of their representatives to attend. All technical and contractual enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority and received no later than five business days prior to solicitation closing. Work must be performed in accordance with National Parks Regulations and the National Park Act.
