Parks Canada is seeking suppliers to be pre-qualified under a Supply Arrangement to provide project management, design, content development and writing, graphic design, fabrication and installation of exhibits, either turnkey or à la carte, for National Historic Sites, National Parks, National Park Reserves, Urban National Parks and National Marine Conservation Areas across Canada. The RFSA includes a General stream and a separate PSIB (Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business) set-aside stream; PSIB bidders must certify their Indigenous status and may also bid on the General stream. Contracts awarded under the arrangement have a maximum value of $3,749,999.99 (applicable taxes and fees included). Suppliers must submit arrangements by fax or email only (the sole acceptable email address is soumissionsest-bidseast@pc.gc.ca), not via SAP Ariba, in-person, courier or by linking to documents; Parks Canada’s maximum email file size is 15 MB and large submissions may be sent in multiple labeled emails. An optional virtual bidders’ conference will be held June 5, 2024 (English 1:00 pm EDT; French 11:00 am EDT); suppliers should confirm attendance to helene.periard@pc.gc.ca by June 3, 2024, 3:00 pm EDT. The procurement is subject to multiple comprehensive land claims agreements (as listed in the RFSA), deliveries to locations under the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement will be treated as a separate procurement, an on-going opportunity for qualification is available, enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Supply Arrangement Authority, and all work must comply with National Park Act regulations; procurement documents are available through the Government of Canada tendering service.
