Tender: Terrestrial Archaeology Services Supply Arrangement – Parks Canada (Regional, Canada)

Parks Canada is seeking suppliers for terrestrial archaeological services at protected heritage places across Canada, including Archaeological Overview Assessments, Archaeological Inventory/Survey, Archaeological Impact Assessment, implementation of archaeological mitigation strategies, archaeological analysis, and monitoring the condition of archaeological resources. Parks Canada intends to award multiple Supply Arrangements by Regions and Sub-Regions throughout Canada, with contracts resulting from the arrangement subject to a maximum limitation of expenditure of $1,000,000 (applicable taxes and fees included) and an on-going Opportunity for Qualification for new suppliers. This procurement is subject to multiple comprehensive Land Claims Agreements and Parks Canada may apply Indigenous procurement strategies such as the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business, Indigenous Benefits Plans, and set-asides for Indigenous arrangement holders. There is a security requirement for the Supply Arrangement that may include mandatory fingerprinting for personnel security clearances, with applicants responsible for fingerprinting costs. Parks Canada is not currently accepting bids via SAP Ariba; bids must be submitted by email to archeologie-archaeology@pc.gc.ca (maximum email file size 15 MB; suppliers are responsible for transmission failures and may send multiple labeled emails if needed). All work must comply with National Parks Regulations and may be submitted in either official language.
