About

Manitoba Hydro is seeking suppliers for multiple ten-year Framework Agreements to provide planned and emergency overhead line maintenance and construction services across urban, rural, rural with helicopter requirement, and remote with winter roads requirement service categories; detailed service descriptions are set out in Schedule D. Qualified Suppliers will be identified through a Request for Qualified Suppliers (RFQS) two-stage process (Framework Agreements are not direct contracts), and Manitoba Hydro will issue a new RFQS at least annually to add, remove, or revise service categories.
