Tender: Manitoba Hydro Prequalification Framework for Turbine and Generator Engineering, Supply and Construction (expires Dec 31, 2031)

Manitoba Hydro is seeking suppliers for inclusion on a prequalification framework covering turbines and generators across six service categories: engineering (turbines and generators), manufacture/supply/delivery with or without design (turbines and generators), and construction (turbines and generators). This Request for Qualified Suppliers (RFQS) is a two-stage process that first identifies Qualified Suppliers and awards a Framework Agreement (which is not a contract for services) and later issues requests for proposals that may result in Service Release Orders (SROs) as contracts when goods or services are required. The framework remains open until the final expiry on December 31, 2031. Interested suppliers can request the information package and submit completed submissions by emailing Project Management Expediters at pmexpediters@hydro.mb.ca; submissions are preferred in searchable PDF format with bookmarks, and Manitoba Hydro expects to evaluate submissions within approximately 4–6 weeks, with Framework Agreements awarded only to successful applicants.
