The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) is seeking a supplier for a comprehensive organizational design and classification review of its structure. The contractor will assess the current state, gather internal and external insights, evaluate current and emerging capabilities, and develop evidence‑based future‑state organizational design recommendations for the executive team’s consideration. This Task Based Professional Services (TSPS) requirement is open only to Tier 1 E60ZT-18TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders in the National Capital Region for the 1.2 Organizational Design and Classification Consultant (Senior and Intermediate) categories, is intended to result in the award of one contract, and has a proposed period of approximately two years; RFP documents will be e-mailed directly to qualified SA holders and inquiries may be sent to CNSC Procurement at solicitation-demandedesoumission@cnsc-ccsn.gc.ca.
This opportunity is most relevant to Tier 1 TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders in the National Capital Region with demonstrated experience in organizational design and classification for federal clients.
