About

Parks Canada is seeking a supplier for a complete roof replacement on the Lake Louise Annex Compound building in Banff National Park, approximately 9,120 square feet. The work requires removal of the existing roof down to the structural decking and installation of a modified 2-ply bitumen flat roof system including insulation, a vapour barrier, and replacement of all flashings, vents and drains; roughly 1,500 square feet of water-damaged roof decking must also be replaced. This posting is Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation: only suppliers who qualified in Stage One have been invited to submit further qualifications and a financial bid based on the provided specifications and drawings.
