Tender: Standing Seam Metal Roof Replacement for FireSmart Compound and Law Enforcement Shed — Jasper National Park

Parks Canada Agency is seeking a contractor to replace two asphalt shingle roofs with a standing seam metal roof system at the Compound in Jasper National Park: the Compound Rescon Roof and the Law Enforcement Shed. The project is estimated between $100,001 and $200,000 (taxes extra) and must be completed by February 1, 2027. Bids must follow a two-submission procedure and be submitted only by email to soumissionsami-bidsrpc@pc.gc.ca or by facsimile to 1-855-983-1808 (in-person or courier submissions will not be accepted); Parks Canada will not accept bids via SAP Ariba. The Agency can receive email files up to 15 MB and requires bid documents as attachments (no links); larger bids may be sent in multiple labeled emails. An optional site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 1:00 pm (MDT) at 1 Compound Road, Jasper National Park (attendance sheet will be signed). Bidders must comply with National Parks Regulations, the solicitation’s Indigenous participation plan and related socioeconomic criteria, and obtain solicitation documents and any addenda from the Government of Canada tendering service (canadabuys.canada.ca). Technical and contractual enquiries must be submitted in writing and received no later than five business days before solicitation closing.
