Tender: Supply and Installation of Asphalt Roofing and Vinyl Siding – Cape Breton Highlands National Park (Ingonish Staff Houses)

Parks Canada is seeking a supplier for the supply and installation of asphalt roofing and vinyl siding for staff houses in Ingonish within Cape Breton Highlands National Park. The project is estimated between $100,001 and $250,000 and must be completed no later than March 31, 2027. Bids must follow a two-submission procedure and will be accepted only by email to soumissionsami-bidsrpc@pc.gc.ca or by fax to 1-855-983-1808; in-person or courier submissions are not accepted. The maximum email file size is 15 megabytes, links to documents are not accepted, and bidders may send multiple labeled emails if needed. An optional site visit is scheduled for October 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM at 49 Franey Road, Ingonish NS. The Invitation to Tender includes requirements for an Indigenous participation plan and socioeconomic benefits for Indigenous communities, all work must comply with the National Park Act, enquiries must be submitted in writing no later than five business days before closing, and procurement documents and addenda are available through the Government of Canada tendering service (CanadaBuys).
