Parks Canada is seeking a contractor for the removal of existing wood shingle roofing and installation of a new steel roofing system on three Brackley Beach Complex buildings in Prince Edward Island National Park. The contractor shall provide all labour, materials and equipment required, meet bonding and insurance requirements, and complete the work no later than November 13, 2026; the project is estimated between $100,001 and $250,000 (taxes extra). Bids will be accepted only by email to soumissionsami-bidsrpc@pc.gc.ca or by facsimile to 1-855-983-1808 (in-person or courier submissions will not be accepted), emails must contain bid documents as attachments (no links), the maximum email file size is 15 megabytes and multiple properly labeled emails may be used; a two-submission bidding procedure applies. An optional site visit is scheduled for September 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM ADT at 4020 Brackley Point Rd, Brackley Beach; bidders must confirm attendance with the Contracting Authority by September 22 at 4:00 PM. Bidders must comply with National Parks Regulations and obtain solicitation documents and any addenda from the Government Electronic Tendering Service at canadabuys.canada.ca; enquiries must be submitted in writing no later than five business days before the closing.
