Tender: Design-Build Modular Duplex Staff Housing — Łutsël K’é, Thaıdene Nëné National Park Reserve

Parks Canada Agency is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to provide full design‑build services, including architecture, engineering and construction, for the installation of a modular duplex staff housing unit in Łutsël K’é, NT. The project is estimated between $1,000,001 and $2,500,000 (taxes extra), follows a two‑submission bid procedure (see SI02), and must be completed by March 31, 2029. Bids will only be accepted by email to soumissionsami-bidsrpc@pc.gc.ca or by facsimile to 1-855-983-1808; in-person or courier submissions and email links are not accepted, and email submissions are limited to 15 MB (multiple labeled emails are permitted). The contractor must provide an Indigenous Participation Plan delivering agreed socioeconomic benefits to Indigenous people and businesses in the contract area, comply with the National Park Act and related regulations, meet bonding and insurance requirements, and direct technical or contractual enquiries in writing no later than five business days before solicitation closing; solicitation documents and addenda are available via the Government of Canada tendering service.
