IT and Telecommunications Consulting for ESDC Contact Center Migration – Bell Canada

Employment and Social Development Canada awarded a contract to Bell Canada for information technology and telecommunications consulting services.

This task authorization is part of the ongoing migration of the ESDC contact center and builds on work carried out under previous task authorizations.

It covers Phase 2 of execution, the Document, Configure, and Deploy sub-phase, for Employment Insurance and the Canada Pension Plan/Old Age Security, as well as Phase 1 of the launch, specifically the requirements validation sub-phase for the migration of the Social Insurance Number/Social Insurance Registration contact center, and the development of the Workforce Management basic configuration workbook.

The contract value is $5,583,589.85.

For a contract with task authorizations, the realized amount is contingent on the number of task authorizations issued and may be less than the amount proactively published, dependent on the operational requirements of the department.
