Tender: ESDC National Supply Arrangement for Cabling, Furniture Moving, Installation, Staging and Repair Services – Canada

Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is seeking a supplier for a national Supply Arrangement to prequalify vendors, contractors and professionals to provide installation, dismantling, moving and packaging of office furniture and equipment, workstation cabling and related staging and repair services for Service Canada Centres, Passport Canada offices and ESDC office spaces across Canada. The Supply Arrangement, starting April 1, 2024 and open until ESDC determines it is no longer advantageous, is organized into four work streams—furniture assembly and moving; furniture dismantling and packaging; office equipment cabling, connecting/disconnecting and installation; and repair services—and is broken into 25 geographic zones. New suppliers may become qualified through a Request for Supply Arrangements (RFSA) that will be continuously posted on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS); existing qualified suppliers with an issued supply arrangement are not required to submit a new arrangement. Services must follow manufacturer instructions and site protection requirements, include reporting on damaged or non-functional items, leave sites clean, and dispose of packaging waste in an ecologically respectful manner.
