About

Synergy Projects Ltd. on behalf of Alberta Infrastructure is seeking a contractor to repurpose and expand the Medical Device Reprocessing Department (MDRD) at Westlock Healthcare Centre and to renovate selected areas of the existing hospital. The project includes repurposing the current facility to expand the MDRD and meet the facility’s critical functional and spatial requirements; constructing a new addition and renovating spaces displaced by the work—specifically the FM&E Workshop, administration spaces, men’s locker room, staff lounge, and cart wash—which will be relocated to various locations within the facility; and completing targeted renovations in selected hospital areas to enhance functionality and address identified deficiencies.
