Construction and mechanical subcontractor needed to renovate approximately 5,974 sf of existing CRU shell space to create the Manitoba Menopause Clinic, providing new consultation and exam rooms, minor procedure and recovery rooms, and administration and clinical support spaces. The scope includes novation (transfer) of existing HVAC equipment supply contracts from Bockstael Construction to the successful mechanical subcontractor as defined in Section 01 11 22 – Assignable Contracts and Section 01 21 00 – Allowances, supply of the remaining equipment and infrastructure, and installation, testing, commissioning and warranty of all equipment. Previously tendered scopes as part of the TP1 Critical Procurement Package include supply-only of HVAC equipment and supply & installation of Division 8 work packages: hollow metal doors, frames and hardware, and automatic door operators.
