Tender: Water Infiltration Mitigation and Heating Upgrades – Main Street House, Fundy National Park

Parks Canada is seeking a contractor to perform water infiltration mitigation and heating upgrades to the Main Street House at Fundy National Park. The project is estimated for insurance purposes between $100,001 and $250,000 and must be completed no later than December 24, 2026; bids must follow a two-submission procedure as outlined in the solicitation. Bids will be accepted only by email to soumissionsami-bidsrpc@pc.gc.ca or by facsimile to 1-855-983-1808 (in-person or courier submissions will not be accepted), with a maximum email receipt size of 15 megabytes and attachments required (links will not be accepted); bidders may send multiple labeled emails if needed. An optional site visit is scheduled for October 8, 2026 at 1:00 PM local time at 20 Service Road, Fundy National Park, Alma NB; bidders should submit technical and contractual enquiries in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than five business days before solicitation closing. Work must comply with the National Parks Act and related regulations, documents and addenda are available through the Government of Canada tendering service.
