About

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is seeking suppliers for a Supply Arrangement supporting the National Shipbuilding Procurement Strategy (NSPS) to provide specialized and varied engineering, naval architecture, and technical inspection services in four streams: Inspection Services, Technical Review Services, Technical Advisory Services, and Risk Advisory Services. The arrangement supports large and smaller ship construction as well as ship repair, refit and maintenance; interested suppliers may submit arrangements for one, some, or all streams. The procurement is open to all interested suppliers, is conducted under the listed trade agreements (CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK), allows for subsequent/follow-on contracts, the Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers, documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada, and there is no comprehensive land claim agreement.
