About

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking suppliers for a Supply Arrangement (reissued RFSA) under the National Shipbuilding Strategy to establish arrangements for specialized and diverse engineering, naval architecture and technical inspection services. This reissued solicitation continues the previous RFSA titled “Supply Arrangement (T3PEA)” (solicitation EN578-150229/I) and has been reissued in SAP Ariba due to system migration constraints. The arrangement covers services across four streams: Inspection Services; Technical Review Services; Technical Advisory Services; and Risk Advisory Services. Suppliers may submit arrangements for one, multiple, or all streams as applicable.
