Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking suppliers for Solution-Based Informatics Professional Services (SBIPS) to support federal requirements across Canada, excluding locations subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements. This RFSA is a refresh of the original 2016 SBIPS supply arrangement to allow new suppliers to become SBIPS SA holders and permit existing SA holders to add tiers, regions, metropolitan areas or streams; resulting supply arrangements are non-binding agreements that may be used to award future contracts. The arrangement is valid from issuance until July 4, 2028, unless re-competed or replaced, and the solicitation follows a quarterly refresh schedule aligned to fiscal quarters. Suppliers must enroll and submit responses through the PWGSC Centralized Professional Services System (CPSS) Supplier Module, and parts of the procurement may be set aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business with required certification and registration for Indigenous businesses.
