Tender: Stage 1 – Wastewater Treatment Plant Airline and UV Replacement, Lake Louise, Yoho and Kootenay National Parks

Parks Canada is seeking a qualified contractor and delivery team to complete Stage 1 of an infrastructure improvement project to replace wastewater treatment plant airline and UV systems in Lake Louise, Yoho and Kootenay National Parks, including work at the Lake Louise Wastewater Treatment Plant in Banff National Park and the Field Wastewater Treatment Plant and Field Water Treatment Plant in Yoho National Park, British Columbia. This two-stage solicitation begins with a Stage One pre-qualification of suppliers; qualified suppliers will be invited to Stage Two to submit a financial bid via a Two-Envelope ITT that includes an Indigenous Participation Plan and a price component. The project is estimated between $250,001 and $500,000 (taxes extra) and must be completed no later than March 31, 2027. Bids must be submitted only by email to soumissionsami-bidsrpc@pc.gc.ca or by facsimile to 1-855-983-1808 (maximum email file size 15 MB); bids sent in-person, by courier, via SAP Ariba or by other email addresses will not be accepted.
