About

Cutbank Rural Pipeline Utility is seeking contractors for the construction of a regional system expansion and water treatment plant upgrade in the RM of Loreburn, Saskatchewan, with bids due through the Online Bidding System (https://mpe.bidsandtenders.ca/) by 2:00 p.m. local time on November 26, 2026. The project scope includes construction of underground concrete treated water storage, underground piping to connect the reservoir expansion to existing reservoirs, a new water treatment plant with all associated process equipment, mechanical and electrical systems, a new residuals settling pond with interconnecting pipes, valves, manholes and effluent piping, miscellaneous sitework (grading, septic tank, fencing, yard piping), and demolition and salvage of interior elements of the existing water treatment plant.
