About

Canada is seeking suppliers for a Software Licensing Supply Arrangement (SLSA) to deliver various off-the-shelf software licenses and related software maintenance and support services. The SLSA procurement vehicle will not be used to procure IT professional services, hardware, appliance solutions, hosted solutions, or cloud-based solutions such as software as a service, infrastructure as a service and platform as a service. This is a request for supply arrangements (non-binding agreements) between Canada and suppliers; resulting supply arrangements are not contracts and future requirements may result in contracts only when a contract is awarded. Offers should be submitted to the generic Software Licensing Arrangement email inbox TPSGC.AAALL-SLSA.PWGSC@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca. The current SLSA RFSA (EN578-100808) and existing supply arrangements will expire September 30, 2023, and the RFSA document is available at http://discovery.ariba.com/rfx/16043971.
