Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking suppliers for Task-based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) supply arrangements across Canada, excluding locations subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements. This RFSA (EN578-170432/D) is a refresh of the original 2017 TBIPS arrangement to allow new suppliers to become SA holders and to allow existing TBIPS SA holders to add tiers, regions, metropolitan areas, streams or categories. Resulting supply arrangements are non-binding agreements that may lead to contracts for specific requirements; the arrangement is valid from issuance until July 4, 2028, or until Canada re-competes or changes its procurement approach. Suppliers must enroll and submit responses through the PWGSC Centralized Professional Services System (CPSS) Supplier Module and supply supporting documentation by email upon request. Portions of this procurement may be set aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business, services must be delivered in one or both official languages as required, and the solicitation is refreshed quarterly to align with government fiscal quarters; the RFSA covers requirements at or above the Canada–Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA) threshold.
