Tender: Septic System Replacement at Rouge National Urban Park, Scarborough ON

Parks Canada is seeking a contractor to access the site, decommission the existing septic system and all associated parts, and install a new septic system at Rouge National Urban Park (21 Beare Rd., Scarborough, ON). Bids will be accepted only by email to soumissionsami-bidsrpc@pc.gc.ca or by facsimile to 1-855-983-1808 (no in-person, courier or SAP Ariba submissions); email attachments only (no links) and the maximum email file size is 15 MB, with multiple properly labeled emails allowed if needed. The project is estimated between $100,001 and $250,000 (taxes extra) and must be completed by November 30, 2026. A recommended site visit is scheduled for Monday, September 14, 2026 at 10:00am EDT at the project address; bidders must confirm attendance with the Contracting Authority by September 10 at 2:00pm EDT and submit the required certification to gain access. The Invitation includes an Indigenous Participation Plan and bid criteria to provide socioeconomic benefits to Indigenous communities in the contract area. All work must comply with the National Park Act and related regulations; solicitation documents and addenda are available through the Government of Canada tendering service (CanadaBuys), and enquiries must be submitted in writing no later than three business days before solicitation closing.
