Tender: Septic Pump-Out Services – Bruce Peninsula National Park (Standing Offer Jan 1–Dec 31, 2027; optional extensions to 2031)

Parks Canada is seeking a supplier for septic pump-out services on an as-and-when-requested basis for facilities within Bruce Peninsula National Park from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 under a standing offer. The standing offer allows call-ups during that period and may be extended for up to four additional one-year periods through December 31, 2031 under the same conditions or a specified pricing formula. Bids are accepted only by email to soumissionsest-bidseast@pc.gc.ca or by facsimile to 1-877-558-2349 (in-person or courier submissions are not accepted); the maximum email file size is 15 MB, attachments must be sent directly (links are not accepted), and large bids may be sent in multiple labeled emails. Technical and contractual enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority and received no later than five business days before solicitation closing. Work must be performed in accordance with National Parks Regulations and the National Park Act, and solicitation documents and addenda are available via the Government of Canada tendering service at canadabuys.canada.ca.
