About

Alberta Assisted Living and Social Services (ALSS) is seeking suppliers to be qualified on Resource Lists for supports for persons with developmental disabilities (PDD). The ministry has extended the PQR closing date and Master Agreements to March 31, 2028 (Notice dated February 27, 2026), and will use the Resource Lists to call for proposals and/or to award contracts without further competition, with separate RFPs possible for specialized services. Proponents are to identify the Service Categories and Service Delivery Regions for which they seek qualification; Resource Lists of Qualified Service Providers will be generated monthly following evaluation of submissions. Existing Qualified Service Providers do not need to take action to maintain their status, though resubmission, once qualified, will replace any previous submission; any QSP on the Resource Lists is assumed to agree to changes in the Master Agreement unless they notify ALSS.CPO@gov.ab.ca within 30 days of the notice. A summary of changes to the Reference Document, Submission Package, and Questions and Answers is available for download.
