Proponents must identify the Service Categories and Service Delivery Regions they wish to qualify for; following evaluation a Resource List of Qualified Service Providers will be generated and may be used to call for proposals or to award contracts without further competition, with separate RFPs to be advertised for specialized services. The Province intends to post a new PQR in August 2026 to update Service Categories and service providers are responsible to monitor APC and apply for qualification under the new PQR when posted; existing Qualified Service Providers need take no action to maintain their status, though resubmission will replace prior submissions.
