The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is seeking a supplier for the replacement of steam coils at its Ottawa Laboratory Fallowfield (OLF) in accordance with the Statement of Work. There are security requirements associated with this solicitation, and only Canadian suppliers and suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner are eligible; offers from suppliers of a Non‑Trading Partner will be rejected. This procurement is a conditional set-aside under the federal Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB): it is open to Indigenous and non-Indigenous businesses, but if two or more Indigenous businesses submit bids the procurement will be set aside under PSIB, and suppliers must certify they qualify as an Indigenous business under PSIB and comply with its requirements.
