DFO is seeking a supplier for the electrification of the DFO ENS Office Building in Sydney, NS, including replacement of the existing fuel-oil boilers with new electric boilers, removal of the fuel-oil system and chimney, and associated mechanical, electrical, controls and building modifications. This Invitation to Qualify is phase one of a two-phase process to evaluate supplier qualifications; qualified suppliers will be invited in phase two to provide financial bids based on the project specifications and drawings. The solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers, the estimated cost is between $100,001 and $500,000 (HST included), documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada, and unsuccessful bidders may request a debriefing within 15 working days of notification.
