About

CFIA is seeking a contractor to replace walk-in freezer and cooler rooms at its Calgary laboratory, including the demolition of one existing cooler room. The contract requires a complete, fully operating system delivered in accordance with all applicable codes, with the general contractor responsible for all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning to hand over a fully functional operational system. Late submissions will not be considered; this solicitation cancels and supersedes previous solicitation Doc5815067194 dated 2026-08-26 with a closing of 2026-10-06 at 12:00PM MDT, and debriefing or feedback will be provided on request to offerors who participated in the previous solicitation.
