Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking a regional bridge engineering consultant to provide as-and-when required new bridge maintenance and rehabilitation services for the Calgary and Lethbridge districts (Southern Region). Services required include preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction and fabrication supervision, post-construction and other work. This RFP is available only to the three short-listed proponents from RFEI 2025-02: Associated Engineering Alberta Ltd., Lex3 Engineering Inc., and WSP Canada Inc.; submissions from other firms will be returned without review. Proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files — Part One (qualification submission) and Part Two (fee proposal) — each less than 10 MB. No payment will be made for costs incurred in preparing or submitting proposals, and selection will be based on the best overall value to Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors rather than necessarily the lowest cost.
