About

Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking a consultant to provide preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction and fabrication supervision, and post-construction services for four culvert replacement projects: BF76169 carrying HWY 11:02 over a Saskatchewan River tributary; BF83270 carrying HWY 11:08 over Prentice Creek; BF83262 carrying HWY 11:10 over a watercourse; and BF75136 carrying HWY 22:22 over a Clearwater River tributary. This RFP is limited to the three short-listed proponents named from RFEI 2024-03 (EXP Services Inc., McElhanney Ltd., and Tetra Tech Canada Inc.); submissions from other firms will be returned without review. Proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files (Part One: Qualification Submission and Part Two: Fee Proposal), each under 10 MB. No payment will be made for proposal preparation and selection will be based on the best overall value to Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors rather than the lowest cost.
