About

Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is seeking a supplier for soft body armour, including flat and shaped panels and internal and external carriers. This procurement is subject to the Canada Free Trade Agreement, the Buy Canada Policy (only Canadian suppliers may participate), and Government Available Material (GAM). The procurement will be conducted in two phases: Phase 1 is an expression of interest requiring a Submission of Interest form, a signed Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality of Information Agreement (NDCIA), and demonstration of meeting all conditions for participation; Phase 2 will be the solicitation with specific requirement details. Late submissions will not be considered or accepted.
