About

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is seeking a supplier for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) suits under a National Individual Standing Offer for deliveries to RCMP CBRNE regional locations in Ottawa (Central), Edmonton (Northwest), Surrey, British Columbia (Pacific) and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia (Atlantic). Call-ups against the standing offer are for one year from issuance with the option to extend for up to four additional one‑year periods. This solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers, is subject to the Tsawwassen First Nation Final Agreement, and requires offers to meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria; the responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer. Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit at Connie.Wright@rcmp-grc.gc.ca, documents may be submitted in either official language, and procurement notices and documents will be posted on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS). The RCMP applies supplier integrity and compliance provisions including the Ineligibility and Suspension Policy and encourages the use of environmentally preferable packaging.
