The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is seeking a supplier for High Visibility Vests, No Markings, to RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-357 dated 2026-01-22, with a firm quantity of 240 and an optional estimated quantity of 795 that may be exercised within 36 months of contract award. This requirement is limited to Canadian goods in accordance with Article 503.4(b) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, with Canadian goods defined as wholly manufactured or originated in Canada or products that have undergone sufficient change in Canada under the CUSMA Rules of Origin (with the reference to “territory” replaced by “Canada”). The basis of selection is the lowest priced responsive bid; Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier. Submissions and enquiries are accepted in either official language and tenders must be submitted to carmelia.dasilva@rcmp-grc.gc.ca. The RCMP applies supplier integrity and compliance provisions under the Ineligibility and Suspension Policy, provides Indigenous Business Directory information for Indigenous suppliers, and requires environmentally preferable packaging specifications as mandatory in this procurement.
