The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement is seeking a supplier for physical security assessments of government-owned and leased facilities across Saskatchewan. Vendors must complete a minimum of 5–7 building assessments per year for a variety of facility types that may include correctional facilities, health and medical facilities, office spaces, warehouse and storage facilities, educational facilities, laboratories, cultural spaces (museums, tourism facilities, galleries), and courts. This RFSQ uses a continuous onboarding process, remains posted to SaskTenders for the RFSQ term, and conducts annual onboarding beginning each November with a respondent deadline of October 30 (or at the discretion of GOS); questions will be answered throughout the term, onboarding is expected to continue annually until six months prior to the RFSQ term’s expiration, and respondents not qualified through a given period must wait until the next onboarding period to re-qualify.
