Tender: Supply Arrangement for Perimeter Intrusion Detection and Interior Security Management Systems for Federal Correctional Institutions – Canada

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Correctional Service Canada, is seeking suppliers to qualify under a Supply Arrangement Agreement to replace obsolete ESS technologies within federal correctional institutions across Canada. Offerors must provide equipment and software for a new Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS), a Perimeter Security Management System (PSMS) and an Interior Security Management System (ISMS). The tender document contains a security requirement and requires a supplier or supplier representative to attend a mandatory virtual site visit; suppliers will be contacted by the Supply Arrangement Authority to schedule their virtual site visit after their arrangement has been submitted and each quarter’s closing date is completed.
