Shared Services Canada is seeking a supplier for professional security guard services at multiple facilities across the National Capital Region, including Ottawa, Ontario and Gatineau, Quebec. The solicitation intends to award one contract for an initial two-year term with five one-year irrevocable options. The Contractor must provide qualified security personnel, supervision, equipment and operational support to protect SSC employees, visitors, information, facilities and assets in accordance with applicable federal policies and site-specific security requirements. Services include, but are not limited to, access control and credential verification, visitor registration and management, security escorts, interior and exterior patrols, alarm monitoring and response, security incident response and reporting, Security Operations Centre (SOC) operations and monitoring, CCTV and surveillance monitoring, reception and security desk functions, static and mobile patrols, identification card production and credential management, emergency response support and incident escalation, security documentation and site supervision.
