Parks Canada Agency is seeking qualified accessibility consultants to submit statements of qualification for a national supply arrangement to perform accessibility assessments across Parks Canada locations. The arrangement has no defined end date and will create a list of qualified firms for regional assessments; resulting contracts may range from $1,000 to $500,000 (taxes included) and awarding of contracts begins once at least three suppliers have been issued a supply arrangement. There is no security requirement. Bids will be accepted only by email to soumissionsest-bidseast@pc.gc.ca (attachments only, no links, maximum file size 15 MB); in-person, fax or courier submissions will not be accepted. All work must comply with National Parks Regulations and the National Park Act and support Parks Canada’s obligations under the Accessible Canada Act (2019) toward full accessibility by 2040. Enquiries must be submitted in writing no later than five business/calendar days before solicitation closing and procurement documents are available through the Government of Canada tendering service.

This opportunity may be valuable for accessibility consulting firms able to conduct assessments across Parks Canada sites and support Accessible Canada Act requirements. Key considerations include strict email-only submission rules (soumissionsest-bidseast@pc.gc.ca), a 15 MB attachment limit with no links allowed, the requirement that at least three suppliers be issued supply arrangements before contracts can be awarded, and contract values ranging from $1,000 to $500,000 (taxes included).
