About

Parks Canada Agency (PCA) is seeking an engineering or architecture consultant to complete an options analysis for the construction of a new asset compound within Pacific Rim National Park Reserve. PRNPR currently leases two buildings outside the Park Reserve and is proposing to develop the area around the existing PRNPR administration buildings at coordinates 49.060149403918174, -125.72271370346736. The consultant will compare different building types, provide a Life Cycle Cost Analysis for the primary building, prepare schematic site plans, and carry out a preliminary geotechnical investigation. Depending on available funding, PCA may extend the contract to include optional services such as a Climate Change Risk Analysis and preliminary drawings.
