About

Elk Island Public Schools is seeking a Prime Consulting firm registered with the Alberta Association of Architects and entitled to use the title Architect to provide complete construction documents and construction administration services for the Win Ferguson Modular Project. The Consultant must prepare full Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Landscaping construction documents and carry out required construction administration. EIPS intends to select an experienced Prime Consulting firm to enter into the Canadian Standard Form of Contract for Architectural Services — Document 6 (2018 Edition) including supplementary conditions; refer to Schedule "A" – Scope of Work and the attached RAIC schedules for contract details.
